Betbazar betting products helps Parimatch to engage with

new customer segments while growing at 40%

Parimatch was founded in 1994 and is one of the top 5 largest betting operators in CIS, with annual growth of more than 40%. In order to maintain the rapid pace of development, Parimatch implements aggressive marketing strategy (UFC sponsorship, Conor McGregor and Mike Tyson as brand ambassadors, etc).

Customer Challenge and Betbazar solution

In 2017 Parimatch began an intensive search for new offers tailored for a younger audience. After early-stage negotiations and demos, the Client became interested in all products in the Betbazar portfolio - table tennis, cyber football and CS:GO.

Table tennis is one of the leading sports for live betting for a long time. Compared with other competitors Betbazar product showed much higher quality of tournament organization: professional players, high resolution pictures, match fixing prevention, powerful IT solution, which allows to trade automatically and receive incident feed.

FIFA and CS:GO tournaments – Esports battle

Comparing to well known “virtual sports”, where results are generated by Random Number Generator algorithm, Esports battle tournaments powered by real players. Clients may look into each player statistics and results to come up with betting decisions, which involve even more into the betting process. Events are played daily from 8 till 2 am, fulfilling low concurrency times.

Integration & results

The integration schedule of the Parimatch IT department was fully booked for six months in advance, but the direct support of Parimatch C-Level executives has helped to deploy a test in a few weeks with a sample of 500 events per month.

In the first days after the launch, the Parimatch team provided serious marketing support - showcasing the events on the main “live” page, launching a banner ad campaign and offering bonuses for the first bets.

The test results exceeded all expectations. Within a few months, Betbazar products were among the top 10 most popular offerings in the Live category. Currently, Parimatch buys all available Betbazar events - more than 3000 table tennis events per month and over 8,000 FIFA and CS:GO events.

With the help of Betbazar we were able to provide our clients with a wide range of interesting events in the evening and morning hours. Our users greatly appreciate UX of Betbazar products - broadcasting quality, IT infrastructure, customer service - everything is top notch.
