What excites me the most is the opportunity to work closely with leaders like Alex Iaroshenko and Max Sevostianov. That combination of talent, clarity of purpose, and dynamic teamwork made Betbazar the right place for my next step.

What are your first impressions of the team, the processes and the company culture?

My first impressions have been extremely positive. The team is not only highly experienced but also very approachable, which creates a strong sense of alignment around common objectives. What stood out to me early on is how well-balanced the internal processes are — they’re structured enough to ensure quality, yet flexible enough to allow us to move quickly when needed.

These conversations are a great opportunity to align on upcoming needs and showcase how our solutions can support their growth.
