Bartlomiej, you joined Betbazar just a few weeks ago. What was the main motivation behind your decision to move specifically to this company?
My decision to join Betbazar was primarily driven by the people and the vision behind the company. From the very beginning, it was clear to me that this is a team with deep industry expertise, strong ambition and a well-defined direction.
What excites me the most is the opportunity to work closely with leaders like Alex Iaroshenko and Max Sevostianov. Collaborating with them on a daily basis is incredibly motivating — it’s an environment where you’re constantly learning, exchanging ideas and growing professionally. That combination of talent, clarity of purpose, and dynamic teamwork made Betbazar the right place for my next step.
What are your first impressions of the team, the processes and the company culture?
My first impressions have been extremely positive. The team is not only highly experienced but also very approachable, which creates a strong sense of alignment around common objectives. What stood out to me early on is how well-balanced the internal processes are — they’re structured enough to ensure quality, yet flexible enough to allow us to move quickly when needed.
Combined with an open and transparent company culture, this creates a setting where people feel empowered to take ownership and constantly push for improvement. It’s the kind of atmosphere where you can really thrive and contribute from day one.
You’ve already had a chance to get familiar with Betbazar’s key products. Which of them seem the most promising from a market perspective?
From a market perspective, the two products that stand out the most are the Live Data Feed and AI Cricket.
The Live Data Feed is highly competitive thanks to its scale and flexibility — delivering over 130,000 pre-match and live events each month across 35+ sports and esports, backed by 99.93% SLA uptime and a clean, easy-to-integrate API. Operators can customize the feed to their needs, adjust margins and rely on real-time data that supports truly scalable sportsbook operations.
Meanwhile, AI Cricket is a strong engagement driver, offering 10,000+ events monthly, fast game cycles and fully integrated streaming, data and odds. It’s particularly compelling in markets with strong cricket demand and provides Operators with a 24/7 content source that keeps players active even outside traditional sports schedules.
Together these products address both essential sportsbook infrastructure and emerging opportunities for continuous player engagement.
You mentioned Live Data Feed as one of Betbazar’s flagship products. How would you assess its value for clients and which new opportunities do you see in it?
From a client’s perspective, Betbazar’s Live Data Feed delivers exceptional value by providing real-time sports and esports data with deep market coverage and consistently low latency. This allows Operators to set more competitive odds and build IGaming experience that keeps players engaged.
What I find particularly impactful is the product’s flexibility — whether it’s adjusting margins, customising content for specific regions, or scaling the feed according to business needs. Operators can shape their sportsbook strategy with far more precision and optimize profitability without compromising on quality.

AI Cricket is gaining a lot of attention among the Operators. In your opinion, what is its potential and what makes it unique?
AI Cricket has enormous potential because it blends the excitement of one of the world’s most beloved sports with the flexibility of virtual, always-on content. What makes it truly unique is its ability to deliver 24/7 AI-generated matches with realistic gameplay dynamics, automated odds and fast gaming cycles.
For Operators, this means they can keep players engaged even when real-world cricket is off-season or between major tournaments. Betbazar will soon be attending ICE Barcelona. What goals is your Business Development team setting for this event?
For ICE Barcelona, our Business Development team is approaching the event with several clear goals. First, we want to strengthen our existing partnerships and give our clients a closer look at the evolution of our key products, particularly the Live Data Feed and AI Cricket and Sportsbook Solutions for Operators. These conversations are a great opportunity to align on upcoming needs and showcase how our solutions can support their growth.
At the same time, we’re looking to explore new collaboration opportunities with both operators and aggregators. ICE is one of the best places to meet industry leaders, understand their challenges, and see where our products can bring the most value.
We also aim to gather deeper market insights and stay on top of emerging trends. All of this helps us refine our strategy, expand our presence in key markets, and ensure Betbazar continues to grow in a way that’s aligned with what the industry truly needs.
How do you evaluate current trends in the iGaming industry? What do you think will define the next 2–3 years?
The iGaming industry is evolving incredibly fast, and I believe the next 2–3 years will be defined by the rise of AI-driven solutions and the growing demand for fast-paced, immersive content. Players today expect quick outcomes, personalised experiences and products that keep them engaged without long waiting times.
This shift means that instant-result games, AI-powered personalisation, and always-on content will become essential for Operators looking to stay competitive.
